Hi-Force is the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic tools. Catering to a wide variety of industries, the product range comprises of over 2,000 products including hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks, torque tools, bolt tensioners, hydrotest pumps, puller kits, crimpers and cutters, nut splitters, flange spreaders, Toughlift jacking systems and other industry related hydraulic tools.

In July 2010, Hi-Force relocated to a brand new, state of the art facility in Daventry, UK. The purpose built premises, combines all manufacturing and production facilities under one roof, alongside sales, marketing, training, assembly, logistics and administrative departments.

Hi-Force’s network of regional offices extends to Azerbaijan, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, South Africa and two locations in the UAE, each with significant stock holding and after sales service facilities including service, repair, calibration and testing.

Fully supporting the regional office activities are officially appointed and authorised distributors, operating in over 100 countries worldwide. Additional distributor appointments are an ongoing process, to ensure that Hi-Force products and services are available to end users in every country in the world.

The Hi-Force manufacturing facility houses the entire engineering process from design of the tools to manufacture, component quality control, assembly and testing, packaging and global distribution.

The Hi-Force facility houses more than 20 machines, including 12 DMG Mori CNC machines. The latest addition to the DMG Mori array is a 4 axis machine capable of machining hydraulic cylinders up to 1000 tonnes capacity and 1200mm stroke. 4 HAAS CNC machines as well as vertical and horizontal honing machines complete the manufacturing fleet.
